We collect and process personal data (e.g. name, email address, phone number) when you voluntarily provide it to us via forms on our website, for example when subscribing to the newsletter or participating as a product tester.

3. Purpose of Data Processing

The data you provide will be used exclusively:

• for processing your inquiry
• for contacting you in the context of product tests
• for sending information and updates (e.g. newsletter)

4. Processing of Contact and Newsletter Data

Our forms are self-hosted and processed on our own server infrastructure (All-Inkl/ALL-INKL.COM - Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany). Data is not transferred to Web3Forms or similar third-party form providers.

Contact inquiries are forwarded for processing via secure SMTP delivery to info@cullatec.com forwarded.

Newsletter subscriptions use a double opt-in process. In doing so, we store the subscription status (pending/confirmed/unsubscribed), timestamps, a consent version, and technically required verification information in a protected server file.

Legal bases: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent) for newsletters and Art. 6(1)(b)/(f) GDPR for processing contact inquiries.

5. Storage Period

We store personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the respective purposes or as required by statutory retention periods.
